1.30 – 3.00pm: St Joseph's Stay and Play session held at St Joseph’s Primary School, Wesham for children aged 0-4 years. All welcome!
3.30 – 5.30pm: Speech & Language Drop in at Pear Tree Children's Centre
6.00pm - 9.00pm: Adult Numeracy course at Pear Tree Children's Centre. If you want to improve your numeracy skills and gain a recognised qualification then phone the centre for more details & to book your place.
Tuesday
9.00am – 12.00: Ante-natal booking in clinic at Pear Tree children’s Centre. Please contact your midwife for more details
9.15 – 11.15am: Stay and Play session for Childminders and their children.
1.00 – 2.30pm: Twins Group at Pear Tree Children's Centre on the first Tuesday of every month. All parents with twins & triplets aged 0-4 years welcome!
1.15 – 2.45pm: Weeton Weenies Stay and Play session held at Weeton St Michaels Primary School for children aged 0-4 years and their parents/carers. All welcome!
3.30 – 4.30pm: Sensory Session for ALL children, particularly those with additional needs held in Pear Tree's sensory room. Booking essential, call for more details!
Wednesday
Free Course - Making sense of special needs: 6 week course for parents, carers & practitioners. Starting on 9th June 9.30 – 11.30am at Pear Tree Children's Centre. Booking essential, call for more details.
9.30-10.30am: Storytime with Katie at Wesham C of E School. All children aged 0-4 years and their parents/carers welcome!10.00 – 11.00am: Fit & Fun at Pear Tree Children's Cente. Physical activity session for children aged 2 years plus and their parents. Limited places, booking essential.
1.00 – 2.30pm: Special Stay & Play for Children with Additional Needs at Pear Tree Children's Centre. From 5th May the session will run 12.30-3.30pm. Booking essential Please call for more details.
Thursday
10.00 – 11.30am – Grandparents Group at Pear Tree Children's Centre. Stay and play session for all grandparents and their grandchildren aged 0-4 years.
Held on the last Thursday of every month!
12.00 – 1.30pm: Breastfeeding Support Group at Pear Tree Children's Centre.
1.45 – 3.15pm: "Around the World" Stay and Play session for children (aged 0-4 years) & parents with English as their second language at Pear Tree Children’s Centre.
Friday
9.00am – 11.00am: Fruit and Fun at Kirkham Community Centre. Stay and play session for all children aged 0-4 and their parents/carers.
10.00am – 12.00 - Jobcentre Plus - Drop in to Pear Tree Children's Centre and speak to a friendly advisor.
Saturday
10.00 – 12noon: Dad's Group first Saturday of every month at Pear Tree Children's Centre.
Outreach Support – Being a parent can be the greatest thing in the World, but it's not the easiest of jobs. At some time during our lives as parents we all need some help and support. If you need practical help, information or advice about childcare, adult learning, benefits, returning to work call in and speak to one of our friendly member’s of staff.
